    his trainer was spot on with every instruction he gave him, lets see how jamal goes on from here. one thing I think he needs to correct is he folds up when 1 solid shot gets in and a fighter can just tee off on him lucky for him molina is a bitch at heart and doesn't have pop so he got away with it.

          Just watched the fights. Benavidez has heavy hands and he can put punches together. His body shots are wicked. I'd say he's the best teenager in the game right now. Can't wait to see him fight again.

          Plant should have got his opponent out of there a lot earlier IMO. He didn't impress. The stoppage was crap too.

          Jamal James is a good fighter. He's not ready for anybody in the top 10 but I'm looking forward to his next couple fights. He'll be ready for a big fight in early 2017.
