Koncz is Pacquiao's adviser. Nothing more, nothing less.

He personally called Broner because that's who Pacquiao wanted to fight. Arum quickly shot it down though. I'm pretty sure he forced Pac to face Bradley again.

I agree with this. Arum wanted to keep it in-house just like Al Haymon, De La Hoya and every other promoter in the history of boxing.
