Depending... A lot is gonna happen this year and the heavyweight Divsion is like no other. I will say this, as of now there are quite a few big names that will be making a splash this year.

Fury likely will be the top dog if he can beat Wladimir again.
Wilder looks good but I'm not as confident with him.
Haven't seen enough of Ortiz to judge.
Joshua and Parker are showing some promise.
Povetkin must be getting a bit past it. He's been around a long time it seems!
FAT ass Areola for the win......or maybe Shannon Briggs.
I think Fury is the most technically sound when he knows he's fighting a threat (he seems to fight at the level of his competition). He also showed tremendous discipline in the Wlad fight.
I also think Ortiz is a standout as he has great technique, and power to back it up. I have a feeling though anyone who can take him into deep water will make the Real King Kong tired, and he might gas.
Wilder I think is a vulnerable champion but his tremendous power and decent chin will keep him in the mix (not to mention his awesome corner). That type of power helps you, with it you can make far more mistakes.
I have not seen much of Joshua, but until he fights some ranked fighters we won't know his true level. I'd love to see Joshua with Adamek, or Spzilka.
I'm going with Fury to be the standout. If he bests Klitchko in a better fashion than the first fight and he beats the winner of Povetkin vs Wilder then there can't be any other standouts.
Now if we are talking about the young guys stepping up and putting the division on notice in 2016 then Parker or Joshua are your guys.
I'd throw Ortiz in the mix too but I see him having trouble getting fights after the job he did on Jennings.
I expect 2017 to be a better year though.
