What happened was supposed to happen. Haye did what he was meant too, credit for getting a nice W after a long layoff, but hopefully there isn't now a new wave of casuals riding Haye based just off this. If this is genuinely the start of rebuilding a career then fair play, it may turn out interesting, but if this is just some kind of attempt to rally some casuals into demanding an AJ or Fury fight before he retires again then it would be a shame.

Looked a little slower, but still good.

That step back counter was beautiful, and the left hook literally knocked De Mori stiff.

Haye looked pretty good for his first fight in forever but De Mori was nothing more than a heavy bag with a pretty record. I guess that's to be expected for Haye's first fight back, but would like to see him fight three or four more times in 2016

I would love to see Haye-Povetkin or Haye-Ortiz.

I don't think his new style would work against AJ/Fury/Wilder/Wlad...

I'd love to see haye v Anthony Joshua very soon. I don't think haye is ready for josh yet maybe and may need one more warm up?

Josh said he would love to fight haye so no reason it cant happen soon. I don't want to hear josh say he needs more learning fights considering hsayes been out for 4 years nearly

every girly man in Australia is a wimp

Aussie men are weak wimps and sissies.

Wow impressive. I'm really looking forward to Haye's next fight in 2019.
