To those of you who are silly enough to pay to see those two geriatric boxers, Hopkins and Tarver, have another opportunity to bore the fans, you can expect Hopkins to win. Tarver ran out of gas in the 11th round against Jones, despite the fact that Jones took a coffee break between punches. Hopkins has never ran out of gas his entire career. He might be getting old, but he is still young enough to beat a bum like Tarver.

First of all Tarver is not a bum, I do favor Hopkins in this fight. I think Hopkins is very strong in the later rounds.

Believe it or not, I don't mind seeing this fight. Even if it's a boring fight.

I like Hopkins much more than I do Tarver, and hold him in much higher regard, but I don't think he'll have the workrate to outpoint Antonio.

I was amazed that Roy Jones was so far out to lunch he could not see that Antonio Tarver was spent and ready to be taken out. Hopkins ain't gonna run out of gas and he ain't gun shy like Jones. There is an excellent chance that he will knockout Tarver in the 11th or 12th.

What you people don't understand is that Tarver is not a natural lightheavy. He has to dehydrate himself to make weight. Having to lose and then regain 10 or 15 pounds of water is very enervating, and is the probably cause of Tarver's fatigue during his fight with Jones. Hopkins will make weight without any special efforts therefore he will come in at a much higher level of fitness.
