If life mimics art, Artur Szpilka's world heavyweight title shot this Saturday sure bears some uncanny parallels to the 1977 academy award winning flick Rocky. And since Sylvester Stallone penned the screenplay loosely based on former fringe contender Chuck Wepner's failed attempt at wresting the heavyweight championship from Mohammad Ali in 1975, this is actually a case of life imitating art imitating life.

Szpilka has a good coach in Ronnie Shields now since his last 3 fights i think this could be a factor. He might be a improved fighter by now with a better defense as well. Would be good to bet a few bucks on Szpilka because the quotes are nice and Wilder is still suspect as a fighter. Szpilka is better than Duhaupas and Molina, even the version that fought jennings who is still a top10 heavyweight in my opinion. Szpilka has become bigger and stronger as well. Hes carrying the extra-weight well.

I see spilka as only having a left hand. Wilder sticks the jab uses movement away from left hand and as we know southpaws most dangerous moment is getting hit by guess what by even the most ardent critic one of the divisions best right hand. Jennings broke spilka down wilder way bigger harder hitting version when bombs land spilka goes as we know wilder for career will always have risk of chin being tested.
