True,but if it wasn't for Steward Wlad would be getting knocked
out left and right still.Emanuel is trying the same thing with
Wlad that he did with Lewis.And it is working thus far.If it
wansn't for Steward I dont beleive Wlad would have made it out
of the Sam Peter fight alive.I don't beleive Steward is overated
now a days.Too many people hold the Vivian Harris lose against

The man is an all time great trainer.I have never heard anyone
dispute that.Did he insult your mother or something?So what if
Wlad had a few bad fights under him?Trainers do their best,but
it is still up to the fighters in the ring.No trainer could have
helped Wlad in those cases.Manny did his best to prepare Wlad in
the gym.Beyond that,it was out of his control.I don't think a
few bad fights with Wlad takes away from his work with Tommy
Hearns and other greats.You really think Taylor has less of a
chance now that he has Steward in his corner.The man is known
for teaching great defense.Thats exactly what Jermain needs!

Yes he insulted my mother! I hate that little bastard! Taylor has good D, so he doesn't need much help in that department. Yes Taylor does not need to change his game at this time, I only see Steward missing up Taylor's game.

interesting news. but, does taylor really need steward? taylor has already been in with the super crafty hopkins twice, who has more pop than winky, so i'm not sure why he feels the need to add manny.

btw, i think steward's training with wladimir klitschko has been 50/50. in a lot of those in-close instances wladimir would've done better by punching his way out. but then again, the only fight where wladimir noticably held a bit was the peter fight. so i think that the clinch was a specific strategy for wk to deal with peter's wild swings while he was at close range.
