          Hines and Penelton

Reggie Strickland is another one. Notice that Penelton has fought mostly guys with winning records. It's obvious what's going on but the details of how fighters like this develop are a mystery to me. When does a fighter like Penelton, Hines or Strickland decide that he's going to become a professional loser? Also, are these guys literally taking dives or are they really trying but are just that lousy?

wow, Frankie Hines went 81 fights with only one win in that whole span. I would think after he finally got another win he would've retired, just thinking that he better quit cuz he may never taste another win.

Hines is in a mental institute now, after getting beat to the head so much.
