I'd be willing to bet that HIIT on one of these for 45 minutes a day will blow roadwork out of the water by a country mile.

Bump the resistance up to 30 for 2 minutes and then back down to 20 for 1 minute. Keep your heart rate at 165-175 during the 2 minute cycles and around 130-140 during the 1 minute cycles (if you can get it back down within a minute). You'll bee RIPPED in 2 weeks if you do it every night.......burn around 650 cal in 45 minutes and the after burn will shed another couple hundred calories for hours while you sit on the couch.

this is going to be a good fight. both dudes got grit and heart for days, it's going to be an excellent scrap with a spectacular ending.

i envision papa guerrero after the KO, slipping under the bottom rope with the speed and coordination of 3-legged koala finally getting into the ring, running his hand under roberts head while lifting it and screaming some mexican af.

i remember when guerrero used to fight at 126 and he would look like a welterweight even then. cat has always been deceptively big.

This will be an interesting match up. If Guerrero watched the Herrera fight he should know that he needs to get back to setting up all of his attacks with a jab and also needs to start mixing it up to the body and just stick to his one two and straight shots for the most part. The Ghost will be in his face all night and Danny will stand his ground and look to counter with his looping shots and that's why the Ghost needs to get there quicker with his jab and cross and be aware of the left hook counter. If he can deal with that and keep his activity level up Danny will be taken to deep waters for the first time since the Mathysse fight. Should be a good little scrap but win or lose The Ghost needs to have a good showing to stay relative
