Its ******, but they've had super champions for a long time. They are structurally very similar to the WBA. However, unlike the WBA, they do not crown Regular champions too. At least they don't right now, and they haven't before. Its just adding honours to the existing title

It's a new title, but it's an honorary one. There's no new belt or 'champion'. In the short term it makes little difference as it's about setting up the Pac-Bradley fight. In the long run it could be abused for dodging mandatories alright.
