    Joe Selkirk has reached out to Boxing Scene to clarify the uncertainty around his withdrawal from his next fight.

    The talented Liverpool super welterweight had been preparing for a 10-round title fight next month before it was revealed yesterday that he had been ruled out through injury.

          It's frustrating for Selkirk as he's a talented fighter. I rate him, and this could of been a decent fight.

          In a time of his career when he should be fighting a lot, he is more often than not inactive because of injuries.
