Bradley/Manny is pretty much the monkey wrench. If Manny wins as expected it really won't matter if he retires. If Bradley wins we are likely ****ed. I guess we could throw the Guerrero vs. Garcia winner in there.

      Phase 1
      A: Pacquiao vs. Bradley III
      B: Brook vs. Khan
      C: Thurman vs. Porter
      D: Garcia vs. Guerrero

      Phase 2
      E: Winner A vs. Winner B
      F: Winner C vs. Winner D

      Phase 3
      G: Winner E vs. Winner F

This way you only need HBO and PBC to work together on one fight (G), which would undoubtedly be a PPV event anyway.

What's kind of funny/sad is take Mayweather and Pacquiao out of the equation and Brook has the most significant win at 147 with Porter. It's a shame he totally pissed away any momentum he had.

Tim Bradley beats them all. After Manny, Bradley will be #1 and I dont see Thurman, Porter, or Shook Brook holding a candle to Bradley. Bradley is a F'n machine man, none of the top WW's has shown anything to what TB has.

Until the best 6 or 7 welterweights start fighting each other regularly you will never get a clear number one like Mayweather was. The winner of the Pacquiao vs Bradley fighting the winner of Thurman vs Porter is a fight that will never happen. Arum is not going to do business with Haymon. Even if that fight did happen the winner wouldn't be recognized as the best by everyone. Brook, Garcia and Khan would all have been left out and their fans aren't going for that. My guess is someday Spence will be recognized by many as the best welterweight in the world but that is just a guess with no Spence wins yet to back it up. The way boxing is now we may never get a welterweight number 1 that everyone agrees on.

Thurman/Porter Vs Garcia..The winner jumps up a few spots.
If Bradley beats Pacquaio he's the top man, if he loses though..where does he go next.
Then there is Khan and Brook.

I just don't see these guys fighting each other either way. It's a division that is hit massively by boxing politics. Which is a big shame as there is some potential great fights there to be made.

Wait three months for the winner of Manny and Bradley.

                    This makes sense on paper.

Porter and Thurman shapes up the division nicely.

Brook needs to prove his place in the top Four by fighting a live dog. Khan would be the most obvious pick.

Danny is moving up but I'd like to see him fight Algieri, I think Guerrero is shot.

It took us 7 years to get pac v may, less hope it doesn't take as long now.

Pac v Bradley is a clear fight between the number 1 and 2 in the division, I.e. In a few months time well have a clear numero uno but then pac will go into hibernation / semi retirement.

Which leaves Bradley has the top guy by default. We then need a legitimate challenger, so we need khan v Brook and porter v Thurman, the winners fight each other and then fight Bradley.

If the idiots in boxing get their heads out their arse, we could have this mess sorted end of 2016.
