But there is no doubt boxing has seemed asleep at the wheel for a good year now. say what u will about manny and floyd but they were good for the sport even tho people didnt think so. manny is about to fight but its a fight no one is excited about at all

Hopefully the early part of the year can be used to set up bigger fights later on.

Canelo and GGG could have 'routine' fight before meeting each other. Maybe the same with Ward/Kovalev?

I know i'm in a minority, but i'm interested to see what Haye gets up too. So.. he gets the ball rolling this month.
If Garcia gets past Guerrero, his next fight should be a legit WW test hopefully.

Really looking forward to Quigg Vs Frampton. From a domestic point of view, i'm looking forward to Matthews Vs Flannagan also.

I agree, it's kind of a somewhat slow-ish start. I'm pretty hopeful of a good year in 2016 though.

Mayweather is gone and Manny will be soon. So 2016 is the year a new face is 'up for grabs'. I think we will see a few guys willing to step up and try grab that mantel.
