i read an article on GQ about pacquiao and an entourage member who was caught stealing money from manny.

instead of getting rid of the guy, manny forgave him and shamed him, and kept him around with his logic being im pacquiao and no way a guy he forgave is going to steal from him the 2nd time.

dude grew up in the streets but i think its his religiousness and ignorant loyal to a fault nature that causes aloofness in pacquiao.

its very easy to fool religious people.

It really is. Throw in the fact he also has almost zero education and voila...dishonest people will steal from him. He will be broke soon. It really is sad. Staff on every rung of the pacquiao team seem to be on the take. Smh.

You never find a *** getting shorted on a deal.

I learnt this at an early age.

It is very simple when dealing with ***ish people, don't assume they will be doing you any favors and don't be afraid to call their bluff and negotiate harder.

They are very straightforward and easy to work with on this basis.

Manny is a decent guy, he just hasn't got that steely determination (or greed) when it comes to $$$.
