Nothing new, most folks in any industry they strive in have no clue in the business aspects of it. It's a whole nother rabbit hole of nastiness if you're not careful. I think there should be a class for boxers to learn about the business aspects of boxing before they turn pro. It would definitely help lots of guy's from being ****d in the boardroom while you're the one risking your life for others entertainment.

I agree with this somewhat but taking a class by no means insures that boxers are going to behave any more responsibly with their finances or get better purse splits. I think commonsense and savvy are traits you just have and if you don't, it's like that old saying, "A fool and his money are soon parted."

Manny doesn't strike me as someone that's very astute when it comes to the financial end of things....

I do bet that foreign boxers are more likely to get effed over, but everyone is getting or has gotten effed over in the ****ty world of boxing business.
