Hopefully this kid makes weight and grows up. 2015 could of been a monster year for him but he flushed golden opportunities down the drain. Hopefully he matures and learns from those mistakes before it's too late. He's still young and very talented but talent can only get you so far. Desire, work ethic, intelligence is what he lacks.

You have world class talent and ability, your company keeps backing you even though you have made them look bad constantly.
