That would be ideal. Let the best man win!

But this is money boxing. Big money boxing, with each boxer looking for whatever edge they can find, even if the edge comes from using PED's.

With so much money in boxing, many boxers are looking for whatever edge they can find. I believe that the economics of winning in all sports, are the driving force behind PED usage, blood doping, hyperbaric chamber usage etc.

My sarcastic thread is asking a basic question, "since we cannot prevent PED cheats, why not let people take whatever they want to take?? "

I know it sounds crappy, but basically I believe that the ability to find ways to get an edge (cheat) will always be ahead of the ability to detect cheating.

I can only assume that many boxers know this, and take chances hoping not to be caught. There will be a bigger demand for guys like Memo Heredia, and people like him. Developing next, or next, next generation PED's that are not detectable by current testing techniques.

The crazy alternative is all drug boxing. All drugs, all the time.
