Comments Thread For: Chisora To Appear on Undercard Of Feigenbutz vs. Carolis Rematch

German promotional outfit Sauerland Event has confirmed that Dereck Chisora (24-5, 16 KOs) will have one more fight before his proposed European heavyweight title clash.

Chisora, who signed with Sauerland after being released from his contract by previous promoter Frank Warren last November, will appear tomorrow night (January 9) on the undercard of the WBA World super middleweight title fight between Vincent Feigenbutz and Giovanni De Caroli in Offenburg, Germany, a rematch from their October 2015 contest.

Yeah, it's a rematch that's worth making. Chisora is a B-level HW that's reached his apex and Helenius is guy who's trying to get back into the mix after numerous career setbacks.

So they haven't determined an opponent yet? When's he going to find out? On the night?

Helenius is a perfect example of how bad the wrong management contract can hurt a fighter.

Amen to that the guy got shafted and should have gotten his title shot a couple years ago.

Chisora now is half the fighter he was when he took on Helenius, I expect Helenius to win a lopsided decision. I applaud Chisora for getting his career together and keeping active, he will do ok at European level for the next couple of years until he calls it quits.

Did you see Helenius last fight? he performed verry poor. I think hes also just half the fighter he was when he took on Chisora. Hes trained by his father now who is not realy a professional trainer on a small island somewhere in Skandinavia...he should get a better trainer and a better camp otherwise Chisora beats him.

I know it's not all his own fault, but Ogogo's career has been a complete let down so far, could he not have got on this card?
