Definitely. He's skilled and experienced enough to give prospects a good measuring stick.

He could still give some of the younger boys a tough fight but he may be done at the top level

I can't believe how bad Khan took him to school! I totally didn't expect that.

his career is over. he had a miserable welterweight run. his one solid win was over maidana and what happened in that fight....hundreds of clinches and people say clinching doesn't matter lol. clinching can turn a **** average fighter into a dominant force if done correctly. what a beautiful sport

Good to know. I'll start watching womens tennis to prepare myself for the feminine grunts.

If he could change some things he still has a run in him. I'm not a big fan of his but when he sat down on his punches and didn't shy away from throwing he could show a bit of pop. He's got good speed, reach, and a decent chin. I think a more offensive minded trainer or at least mindset would do him well. As far as I remember he's still with Cunningham? He needs a change imo. With the right trainer, right matchmaking he could make a bit of noise I feel. I don't particularly like him but I've always felt if he just had a little more fire...or bad intentions he could be a more credible threat to all fighters and not just slow come forward type guys he can pot shot himself into a clinch with..

Thinking about it maybe he can shoot for a Danny Garcia fight if Danny wins next and he himself can get himself a credible win or two. He's got a pretty good stylistic advantage I guess? Maybe...

Spence needs to be fighting top 10 ranked Welterweights not washed up blown up Jr Welterweight bums like Alexander who is on the serious decline and stands no chance against anybody good at 147. A win over Alexander right now does nothing for Spence.
