Won't happen, too much money tied up in GGG for anyone to get hometown advantage.

I see no reason why Golovkin would reject fighting in the UK.

He would utterly destroy Saunders so what difference does it make? Be it a beat down in the US or a beat down in the UK, the result is just the same.

In fact, it may even expose him to another audience and expand his fan base.

Golovkin is long overdue to fight in the UK. If he had been taking yearly fights there instead of Monte Carlo, he might've built up enough of a following there to land the Froch fight. Golovkin already won the support of many Mexican fans, he could conceivably win over a good amount of UK fans as well giving him more drawing power overall and better leverage to make future fights.

Additionally Golovkin fighting in prime time Europe gives him better numbers in Germany, Russia, and eastern Europe where he already has a following. No reason not to fight BJS there.

Yes to all of this. If this fight does'nt get made because GGG would'nt travel, that is a seriously bad look.

No doubt in my mind GGG would go to the UK to fight him. This is another way for Billy Hoe Saunders to avoid the fight.

First it was the money, they made an offer he can't refuse so he can't complain about the money.

So he creates the location barrier KNOWING that GGG has the Garden reserved for the April fight.

Don't fall for Billy Hoe's trap. K2 should call his bluff yet again to make him further look like a clown.

They probably just have it on hold... UFC also has the garden on hold waiting to see if they can do a show there.

Don't think the money will be the same if they do it there... which of course will cause things to break down
