This thread got derailed like ****. I don't see how it could be about GGG when GGG and Jacobs won't fight each other because of politics. So it's a legit question.

Over at PBC, I think Lara beats Jacobs so I think he can maybe rack up a few more defenses of that WBA Participation Ribbon until Lara takes it away.

I thought it was going to be Golovkin doesn't have "x" number of defenses because he held the same belt as Jacobs until recently yet he was attributed a lot of title defenses by HBO and fans which were only of a regular title (I say "only", I never won one).

On Jacobs-Lara, I think Danny cracks that Cuban glass. Lara won't be getting him out of there and I have to think Jacobs lands big at least once which would probably be enough if he follows up like he has been doing in recent fights. Also, if Vanes and Angulo can get to Lara...
