              Shocked

I thought this case would have been for sure dismissed. So what legs does this case have? Is Top Rank solely suing Al Haymon? I figured that like most of the companies who have tried to sue Haymon that they would have come towards some form of settlement or just the case get thrown out.

It should be interesting to see if any major details get brought up. If so how this will shape the entire boxing industry. Will a lot of secrets that have been kept in the closet for so long finally start to come out.

              Surprised and very shocked.

when it come to haymon boxing business (what i believe is his only business interest these days could be wrong) it might be interesting because they are accusing haymon of violating xyz but they could never really prove it cause hayman has been successful at stopping all lawsuits from getting to the discovery phase. So now Haymon etc gonna have to produce documents that the accuse request that think they can prove xyz violations. Hence why I said all the pbc fighters are turning into paper shredders lol time to get rid of any and all evidence.

“The parties have to turn over relevant files and documents. Mr. Haymon and others have to submit to depositions where they are examined under oath and then the parties prepare their cases for trial by jury.”
