Jon Jones is another bad example.

He's a guy with failed drug tests (for *******), he's had more than one DUI and he crashed into someone while drunk...and fled the scene. I love him as a fighter, but as a person he's hardly one to aspire to.

Aldo was medically cleared to fight first time around, he made the decision himself to pull out. There was nothing wrong with him. Btw, Mendez was world class and Poirier is high level....Poirier (a guy who had never been stopped) got knocked out in 2 minutes.

It's fairly obvious why the more exciting, better speaking, cleaner living guy is more liked.
