Well, if by "No Mas" Duran you mean the bloated out of shape Duran that showed up for the Leonard rematch, I'd give Pacquiao the edge, as I would a lot of fighters. If the "No Mas" is just an attempt to slam him, I guess you mean before that fight. No really sure what you mean there. But the Duran who showed up in Montreal for Leonard would have knocked Pacquiao out in about six rounds I think. Pacman just wouldn't be able to stand up to his punches the way Leonard did. He would also be easier to find for Duran as he'd be willing to come at him. Couple that with the fact that Pacman is also not a natural welterweight and well, Duran really has the edge since he's facing a fighter who is close to his own size.
Now a 29 year old Pacquiao fight would be much more fun and I think Pac goes more rounds. However, he still gets knocked out, especially when Duran was 29. This was right after he beat Palomino and his skills were solid as was his conditioning. He wasn't just the beast at lightweight anymore. He was a master technician. So Pacman just wouldn't have enough. He might score a flash knockdown but I highly doubt even that.
And of course, lastly, Duran never actually said "No mas." Howard Cossell invented that.

also 29yo pac wasnt at welter. in fact he was still at 130.
does it matter? he sure as **** quit mid round didnt he?
He did quit, but he didn't say it. If we correct it now, maybe we won't have people saying that for the next thirty years like they have the last thirty. I also heard he was dominated in the fight before I actually watched it. The fight was very close going into the eighth. The problem is these myths and lies grow and the younger crowd hears them without questioning them and you have people repeating this over and over when its' not true.
