Nope. The winner of this fight would have to fight the winner of Pac/Bradley. Then they'd have to face Brook after. Of course, none of this happens because of promotional nonsense.Comment

No but it's a good start for the winner towards proving where they stand in the division. If the winner of this fight then beats the winners of Brook/Khan (if that even happens) and Pac/Bradley that'd be a different story.
EDIT:
I'd put Pac/Bradley winner at #1 for the moment but there is still a lot of good fights these young guys could make to change that around.
