Thats basically giving the fight away for free, and it cost money to put fights on so those who invest in putting the event on (this is assuming they are on board) will at least be looking to recoup their cost of operation at the minimum back.

Hmm two thoughts on this

Either he really wants to give back to the fans and his promotional team are trying to use the internet and youtube to promote their fight. Just like he did with his return by using facebook/ladbible to announce his comeback.

Or there really is no interest from the big tv networks and he has been forced to go onto youtube to televise it.

Boxing Truth Radio tried to years to urge promoters to get on board with streaming cards on Youtube.

Hopefully it happens.
