Kovalev's resume is actually pretty unimpressive when you consider that a 50y/o Hopkins is his best win. So, on-paper, Froch is a better win. However, it would depend on what Kovalev went on to do afterward.Comment

Why? Kovalev hasn't beaten anyone near the quality of Ward, even an inactive Ward stepping up a division. Let's not bullshyt here. It's a great fight, and an appropriate fight. It's also appropriate to let Ward get his feet wet at 175 before taking on a champ but it's not like we can't talk about them fighting this year.Comment
