This guy has been sued by over 30 fighters including 7 former hwy champions. His biggest loss was to iron mike who he settled out of court for something like 14 million. When ever he is involeved in a lawsuit he extends the case and then offers to settle out of court for low sums, the other party wanting to avod long legal cases usually agrees. Witherspon did not and won around 1.2 million from king, holmes once settled out of court for 200,000 and ali settled out of court for 50,000 once. Curiously if tyson was to sue king and it went to court, what was his basis for a lawsuit, that king mismanaged his career or money just disappered with king... ......... The book the life and times of don king reflect his career so did the pbs documentary........ ...... He has put on some good fights though.... ....

What that man did to the state of the heavyweight division of the mid to late '80's is inexcusable.He puts on good fights, but at the same time should be shot for some of his transgressions.
