Ward also said he would never move back to 168 now because it would mess up his body and he wouldn't perform well. He knows this from first hand experience with Chad Dawson.

criticising golovkin for not moving up while complaining about ward being "forced" to move up. yeah there's a double standard here but i'm not sure it's the one you're *****ing about, floyd

Im a fan of both fighters. Ward fought at 75 in the Olympics. He's a natural. People forget that. When he Chad, he made Chad come down to him. I think its fair game if GGG and Ward fought at 64 or 68. Floyd made Canelo fight at 52 for the 54 belt. He did what was best for him and that was to drain Canelo. So why is it a problem if GGG wants to fight Ward at 64? It wasn't a problem for Ward to make Dawson come down to 68. Ward did best for himself.

I still want the fight, there's no other fight to make if Golovkin beats Alvarez and Ward beats Kovalev (lol).
Ward doesn't want to get DawSon'd.

When you think about Mayweather and Pacquiao, they both had to move up in weight to get the big fights. Floyd went up to 154 for Oscar and Cotto, and to 152 for Canelo. Manny moved up numerous times. Bradley went from 140 to 147 for Pacquiao., and on, and on, and on. Why is it so crazy to expect GGG to move up to 168 for Ward? My only problem with Floyd's statement is that he assumes Ward can go back to 168. I'm not so sure he can.

Yea I know. Ward ha outgrown 168. Golovkin hasn't outgrown 160. It's ****** for Floyd to keep suggesting Ward fights Golovkin.

I see floyd mayweather continues to pollute the boxing landscape with his unique and subversive brand of sabotage. But its a war he wont win because people will always be drawn to the action and bravery and true champions in this sport we love.
