WBA "regular" featherweight champion Jesus Cuellar (28-1, 21 KOs) is hoping for a major fight when he returns in 2016.

The Argentinean puncher started off 2015 by knocking out former champion Vic Darchinyan in June at StubHub Center in Carson, California. He was back in action earlier this month with a twelve round unanimous decision over Jonathan Oquendo at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
