I think Pac's ability to throw while off balance makes him incredibly difficult to train for and it's giving him the edge. So many punches were landed while moving out of range. Crazy stuff that I didn't think he was still capable of.

Predictable but Good Performance from Pacquiao, I still think he is the Best Welterweight in Boxing with Mayweather retired. He would WHIP Brook, Thurman, Porter, Broner...ANY OF THEM! Too Fast!
