GGG should stop holding out for a big money fight with Canelo. Fight Jacobs then move up to 168 to fight Andre Dirrell to test the waters.

okay Robert...letting this fight marinate favors Nelo and ONLY Nelo...draining him was funny, but trying to wait till he get old and start showing vulnerabilities is corny...they're too far apart in age....Floyd and Pac are damn near the same age...these two are damn near 10 years apart....September 2016, any time after that doesn't benefit Lil G as far as winning the fight goes....Nelo will get better and Lil G will get older

reminds of the 2008 and 2010 NBA finals....the Celtics beat the Lakers in the finals in 2008 but the Lakers won the rematch in 2010...the Lakers got better while the Celts got older....I will definitely favor Nelo if this fight is left marinating until 2017

Wtf maaaaaaan. Even you Robert? All these "marinate" people are driving me crazy. At this point I'm rooting for Canelo & GGG to lose their next fights. This fight is never going to be some HUGE PPV fight. It'll be a fun fight regardless of if it happens in May, September or 2017, but its probably going to do 750k-1.25M PPV buys whenever it pops off & if anything you just risk blowing this fight doing those numbers if either guy loses to some random guy or GGG just gets old one night (boxers getting old in one night has happened to younger boxers than GGG).

Canelo doesn't want to fight and I cant believe people are ok with that since hes a middleweight champion and hasn't made 154 in 2 years, first the WBC was saying the winner of Cotto/Canelo must face GGG next now its all this bull**** from them and now even Robert Garcia.

If GGG doesn't demand the fight or the belt now and lets himself get played again by these guys he deserves everything he gets. They are going to fill his head with bull**** about how there will be more money if he keeps waiting around and he'll still never get that fight.

Im a GGG fan and I used to like Canelo as well before this whole circus started but if GGG lets this go down again and doesn't want to force the WBC to stand by their word **** him too. To me it will mean all the talk about wanting to put on good shows for his fans and this and that is all just bull**** because this is the fight your fans want and its already over due, GGG has the right to demand it now and if he doesn't his fans first attitude is out the window and obviously just an act.
