If Floyd or Pac ever got caught or were in a situation like Roy,Toney,Or EM they would always be known as drug cheats. But i see Roy,Toney and EM still get mentioned as great fighters and get ranked all-time. Similar to other sports for example when ppl mention Pats cheating, other NFL teams did much worse then they did and some blaming Pats have PED users on there team, but they don't seem to be effected as a Tom Brady. Lance Armstorng another example his whole Legacy is gone but no one mention the other cyclist that he competed against also took PEDS, it was like the MLB for them at that time, almost everyone did it.
Do PED's only effect popular fighters legacies?

I think this applies to the whole sport of Boxing and it might be because Boxing isn't as popular as NFL, MLB, NBA.
It just doesn't get as much coverage because Boxing doesn't get as much coverage.Comment

I think boxing fans don't reallllly care about this stuff. Some small vocal minority do, but most fans don't I believe. Legends in the game have been admittedly or caught dirty already. Mosley. Jones. Toney. Those are HOF guys. Legit HOF guys, not Gatti HOF type guys. Those guys are Floyd's & Manny's peers.
And nearly no one brings up they were dirty or that it puts a question mark on their career accomplishments. I think Margarito gets more **** about him potentially using his loaded wraps in other fights than most PED users get for potentially using PEDs in other fights.
The only reason Floyd & Manny get more **** over their unproven speculative PED usage than their peers get for legit & proven PED usage is because both of those guys got more fanboys & haters than arguably any boxers in the history of boxing. As a guy who tries to have as objective an opinion & outlook as possible its nearly impossible to have any reasonable discussion on this forum or other boxing forums about anything that even touches on Floyd or Manny without some nut bag jumping in with biased bs.Comment

Some fighters get a pass for things others don't it comes down to popularity
Luis Ortiz gets away with being a drugs cheat fraud
Adonis stevenson gets away with being a peadophile
etc etcComment

There's no doubt by looking at recent pics that the girl in your avatar uses steroids. So add her to the "cheat fraud" list.Comment

Few truly care, they just use PED use as ammunition against fighters they want to bash. Same with racism, criminal activity, etc. "Fans" justify or ignore the behavior of the guys they look up to. That's why I have such a hard time calling myself a fan of anyone. I don't have the blind devotion to boxers that most here do.Comment

Sorry to break it to you but not even Floyd believes you. Here is Floyd talking. This is an interview right after this supposed "emergency medical condition that required an IV" incident.
Here is Floyd inviting to do an interview and stating unlike other fighters, he does not get drained and is extremely happy with everything...right now. So then Floyd, why did you need an IV???
"FLOYD MAYWEATHER RELAXING AS HE TALKS PACQUIAO AND MORE LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE SHOWDOWN"
""I'm not one particular fighter that has drained himself 20 or 30 pounds. I'm a fighter that walks around at 150, 148...I'm extremely happy with everything...right now, my house is real, real peaceful and that's the way I like it," stated undefeated pound-for-pound king Floyd Mayweather, who invited FightHype.com into his home less than 24 hours before he steps into the ring to face Manny Pacquiao."Comment
