Wilder has to fight Povetkin next (if he beats Szpilka) so don't worry so much about that fight. It will get made, and would have happened in January if Povetkin hadn't gotten cut.

And if he continues to work hard his prime is yet to come.
You can't buy that kind of experience, composure, and self-belief.

We do finally have some serious action in HW. Hopefully 2016 will be a year for some definitive answers.Last edited by PunchyPotorff; 12-27-2015, 02:40 AM.

"...After [Muhammad] Ali, it took a while before [Mike] Tyson came along. I think after all the heavyweights of the 90s left, it started going downhill...
Whoever wrote this must think even casual fans aren't aware of Tyson and Ali. Geez scribe, you could give us SOME credit now and then. Ha

If fighters will just fight then exciting things will happen. It creates more results and more possibilities for future bouts. If everyone is just posturing and not challenging themselves nothing gets done. For instances the pu ssy champs with Hymen starts with Mayweather...The guy wont fight anyone in their prime or when they were dangerous...now we have Garcia who has held the belt hostage for so long, have Garcia fought anyone remotely dangerous after beating Khan??? fk no...the list goes on, on , on and onto Wilder...has the bum fought any top ten after getting the belt...i thought so....
Fighters need to fight and fight whoever the top fighters are....

It's finally heating up. It's anybody really to take. People just have to make the big fights and it'll be the most exciting division again. Wilder and Haymon are the only people who could ruin it but not taking fights.

Hopefully there will be an inspiring Heavyweight who didn't have to go the same route as Evan Fields.

People will probably get mad when i say this, but i think Fury would give prime Holyfield alot of problems with his size and boxing ability. Evander's speed could probably bother him though in the sense that he could get caught with a shot, but Evander's lack of one punch ko power might make him fall short in that one. And before people get mad at me, remember that I told everyone that Fury was going to beat Klitschko easily, and people thought i was nuts.
