I think the combination of Khans hand speed and foot speed means he can reach his opponents in barely believable fractions of time. I think 99% of his opponents take 1 full round to adjust to that fact, sometimes more. I remember Danny Garcia saying all everyone talked about before their fight was Khan's speed and then post fight admitting that he was as fast as advertised and it was shocking early, he compared it to having superpowers, I think that says it all.
