Was Lennox Lewis's KO of Mike Tyson more impressive than Fury's win over Klitschko?

Yes, because he knocked the faded Mike Tyson out.

Fury just ran out the clock for a decision win over the faded Klitschko.

I voted Fury had the best win. Fury beat an old Wlad but he still beat the guy nobody else could beat. Wlad was recognized by just about everybody as the true heavyweight champion of the world and the best heavyweight in the world. Even though Lewis was older than Tyson he beat a Tyson who was very much past prime. Tyson had been KOed by Holyfield. Tyson was not a champion and nobody considered him the best heavyweight in the world. It was a good win for Lennox but he was expected to beat this somewhat washed up version of Tyson.

Good point. Though Lennox's win was predictable, it was still a dominant, impressive performance. People are so in love with Tyson for beating Wlad that they blind themselves to the fact that it was a piss poor performance. Being clever in your defensive strategy doesn't make up for the fact that you land only 7 punches per round, few of which were clean, against a guy who isn't even throwing or retreating!
I hope to see better from both in the rematch.

Even though I gave Fury credit for the best win I would agree that Lewis went after Tyson and knocked him out. Fury beat Wlad in a fight that was as boring and tame a fight as you are likely to see. Two giants and hardly a hard punch landed between the two of them. As far as the fight goes Lewis did a better job.

Depends how you look at at but I would say Lewis. Why? Because that old faded version of Mike would have still knocked Klitschko out.
