It's one thing to take on Angulo when he is inactive and had to drop 40 pounds to fight. Or a Trout who clearly was on his downhill spiral-sure he beat Cotto, but it's Cotto.
Or to beat guys he outweighs in the ring. Was Cotto really a challenge when Canelo seemingly couldn't feel his punches. Roach is right, Canelo looked every bit of 180 that night.
This guy, who wants to take on challenges, thinks he needs a weight advantage against a guy who'll be 10 pounds lighter than him in the ring.
Wow, impressive.

Lara got bloodied as well and he ran after that. I'll have to get a photo to show u of Lara's expression on one of those body blows that fkd him up.... And cotto??? U ever seen cotto that defensive before??? I haven't!!!
It's another thing to use that power on guys who are as big as you.
Canelo will have 5-10 pounds on GGG. His power likely won't seem that great. He certainly doesn't have much more than Lemieux, and GGG are them like candy.

Anybody lands punches they will bloody someone. Unless of course it Canelo, who want to have his 180 pound ass fight guys like Bradley and Khan.

He can't make 154, so he needs to do what everyone else does, moves up.
I get it, there is a monster in the MW division, but that is a challenge he should want, not be forced to take at 160.
Other than that, I'd like the guy.Last edited by Progrssive_Jedi; 12-24-2015, 07:33 PM.
