Antonio Tarver underrated or overrated?

Tarver is normally overlooked when compared to the more popular Toney, Roy Jones and Hopkins of the 90s - early 2000's.

How good was he in your opinion?

Looking back at some of his fights the dude has laser accuracy and heavy right hand to be a southpaw.

I like to think outside of the box,so I look at it this way.

Tarver could possibly be overrated for being underrated but some might underrate him for being overrated.

So with that said,I would say that Tarver is overrated and underrated.

I never see him rated so he's neither under nor over. Tarver doesn't belong next to those three either.
