Corto weighed in at 153.5, he was a junior MW that night and you know it. Corto himself said it

I don't understand people that get all weird about weights & titles.

The reality is all the titles are a lil to a lot bull****. And GGG is THE champion of the division based on his high level longevity at MW vs his closer competitors + a long line of the guy ahead of him &/or his #1 challenger working the corrupt system to avoid him (Sergio did this, Miguel did this & Canelo is doing this now).

I'd piss on the WBC, WBA, WBO, IBF, Ring & the lineal (if it was a real belt) titles if given the opportunity (don't invite me to the IBHOF) cuz they are all bull**** titles that are highly flawed on their best days. Anyone reasonable can see GGG is the guy in the division & honestly I've considered him THE champion since Miguel beat Sergio. Its a ****ty way to "win" it, but thats how it goes down sometimes.

That's why the lineal title is a nice trinket to 'own', yet can be completely flawed.

Martin Murray was the last guy to challenge for the MW lineal and be allowed to weigh-in at 160 (in 2013). Since then, catch weights.
The new lineal champ has also said he is in no rush to fight at the MW limit, which probably means his opponents won't be able to either.

Who cares if some fans disagree with you. This site is off the hook now. If you disagree with someone now you are a piece of sh.it that sucks at life.

I disagree Canelo at 5'9 will have power at 160

*160 isn't the limit, it's the maximum weight for middleweight. (not picking on you just nitpicking a word in your sentence that needs correcting)

Canelo hasn't fought anyone above a catch weight of 155 pounds in his last four fights. That's another way of putting it.

To take it even further, Canelo only fights in his made up weight class of 155 pounds because he's a fu cking orange haired diva.
