Matthysse vs Selcuk Aydin or Brandon Rios?

Selcuk Aydın, now at 147, a slower and ruggid version of Ruslan. Got beat by Guerrero, Postol, and Soto Karass... and he's a come forward overhand slugger...

Brandon Rios saying he's coming back from a hurtful loss but needs to come back strong. Takes on boxer slugger Matthysse

I mean, all these are a tune up NOW, with Aydin the lesser value from them all.

Matthysse let me down in his last fight and he is no longer a favorite of mine. Still he is much better than either Rios or Aydin and would easily beat either of them and probably knock them both out. Rios of a few years ago would put up a good fight. The Rios who was KOed by light punching Bradley looked like out of shape, fat garbage.

I think Ruslan is vastly superior to Aydin and a better fighter in every way. They don't come any more rugged than Ruslan. Matthysse hit him with enough big punches to knock out ten guys and still couldn't stop him. I don't think Ruslan has ever been knocked down and he is dead game with no quit in him.

Rios would beat Aydin even if he was out of shape. He might beat Matthysse if he was in top condition. The Rios that fought Bradley would lose to Matthysse and get stopped in my opinion. If Bradley stops that Rios then Matthysse surely would. He is a much bigger puncher and better finisher than Bradley. I guess it just depends on which Rios shows up. I was amazed at Rios's poor showing in the Bradley fight. I was expecting Rios at his best and thought he had a very good chance to beat Bradley. Instead Rios showed up in terrible shape and seemed to quit in the end. If Rios no longer has his heart in boxing he should retire.
