Comments Thread For: Frampton: Fury Wins Again, He Has Klitschko's Number

IBF bantamweight champion is picking Tyson Fury to repeat when he faces Wladimir Klitschko in a rematch next year.

On November 28th, Fury captured the IBO/IBF/WBA/WBO heavyweight titles with a twelve round unanimous decision over Klitschko in Germany. It was one of the biggest upsets in the heavyweight division in recent memory.

Honestly I have no idea to this day what the fk I saw on that fight. It was one of the ugliest displays of Boxing I've ever seen at that level, but it worked which is hilarious, I loved it.

Hard not to root for Fury on the rematch.

That was weird, between Fury twitching like a coke addict and Wlad walking around like Boris Karloff, groping, trying to clinch and not punching. I liked it, but that might be a one off although, who knows what Fury will do next?

The way Tyson fainted and used the ring was impressive and I agree with Carl, if he approaches the rematch with the same intensity I cant really see how Wlad can win barring a big finishing punch that he looked afraid to throw in the first fight.
I too think Tyson just may have his number.....I didn't before.

DannYankee what you were witnessing was a lesson of Sweet Science in progress. It's hard for the brain to digest at first.

Zero Interest in a rematch to be honest also Wlad doesn't have the style in which he can be impressive enough to win a Decision in the UK and TAKE the title from the Champion. He doesn't let his hands go enough and he has slowed greatly as Fury exposed

Would rather see Fury against the other young Heavyweights than to watch that fight again but I do agree with Frampton. In fact I will take it a step further and say that a rematch would be EASIER for Fury

Wlad going down actually fighting would do more for his legacy than being frozen by feints for 12 rounds again. He literally could not have done worse in that fight without breaking down and crying Oliver Mccall style every minute of every round. My feeling is Wlad is done at the top level, he struggled in his fight before Fury and now his confidence has got to be shot to ****. Hard not to favor Fury in a rematch in Fury's backyard but obviously Wlad always carries a huge punch if he can figure out how to land it.

And the guy who gave him trouble gets iced in his next fight. You might be right.

Yep. Not trying to take credit away from Fury because I picked that fight wrong, but Jennings sure looked better against Wlad than King Kong. Age catches up to everyone eventually.
