Golovkin fights more than that man, give him his due even if it is against nobodies.

Ward/GGG is likely never going to happen. At this point, I think people do want to see Canelo/GGG.

That doesn't erase history. When boxing fans wanted to see Ward/GGG-HBO moved away from the fight and downplayed it IMO because they were afraid Ward would beat GGG and ruin the investment made in him.

You can't fight 1lb above a weight class and say all the guys up to 160lb, need to come down and chase me at 154+1.

That's cheeky. Especially as he walks around the same weight as GGG.

Are you trolling? Who is "everybody" you speak of? If so many people really wanted this fight, that would mean serious $$ is behind it...you know how supply/demand goes right? Only the most hardcore fans want this, and even then, how bad they want it is up for debate. Real talk, the only people I hear demanding GGG-Ward, is GGG-haters.

....things that make you go "hmm?"

HBO is heavily invested in Ward. He could be the big name star in GGG's position right now, but promotional conflicts kept him shelved and he lost his #1 spot. He could have been THE MAN in the game now had he kept riding the momentum following the Dawson fight.

Anyway, boxing is a business so I can't miss you with the "monetary BS" either. There's very limited demand for this fight, and that's one big reason why it won't get made.

Don't get it twisted, I'd love to see GGG-Ward. I love to see good fights, let alone big name talents in good fights. However, the desires of a few won't get it made. I think you are severely overselling just how in-demand this fight is.

Re: JAX, I've lived on both the north and south sides of town. Glad you enjoyed it, hope you got to visit the beaches and grab some beer from one of our various local breweries. Out-of-towners love this place it seems LOL.

thats just ******. HBO has just as much, or more, invested in Ward, as both a fighter AND a commentator......
