The 154 pound weight class is as strong or stronger than 147 and it has the same problem. The top contenders and belt holders are fighting number 20 to number 40 guys instead of fighting each other to see how the best sort out. Lara, Andrate, and Charlo defend their titles against weak, undeserving challengers and so do Thurman,Bradley and Brook.Comment

Nah. Not til' most have been injured, KO'd brutally or are otherwise past their best.

Was there top ten Jr. Middleweight or Welrerweight fights this entire year. The only one I can think of was Manny vs Floyd.
Currently MW, CW, FW, and SMW where's it at. We had 8 top ten MW square off in the past 2 months. And the CW are all going to war. SMW (especially Degale and Jack) has mixed it up with good fighters.
Honestly without Manny and Floyd WW is thin, a lot of contenders with only one proven fighter ( Bradley) being separate from the rest.Comment

JMW belongs to Haymon, and none of them save J-Rock are willing to face one another. You even have non-Haymon guys like Andrade and Soro who keep pulling out of fights. All those young guys belong at JMW anyways.Comment
