Paulie should be a trainer imo. The guy knows the game in and out. If he could effectively pass that knowledge to some young guns he may have a very good career after he retires aside from commentating.

He does say some dumb shiet outside of his commentating duties but i got mad respect for him behind the mic at a boxing ring.
