IMO Golovkin if he steps up....I don't see Verdejo losing to any 135/140 pounders in the next 5 years...

Well, Verdejo is actually being build up pretty fast compared to GGG, who is like what, 35 years old already?

Verdejo doesn't seem the type to duck all the relevant foes in his division, whereas we've already seen how GGG feels about fighting top guys in his division.

Verdejo might lose his first and that's only because he's brave enough to put it on the line, unlike lil G.

Felix is still only a prospect. He's 22 years old. They'll continue to develop him for a few more years. Golovkin is 33, and in the advanced stages of his career. This is where he'll make his money, and it will have to be against good opponents. My guess is GGG takes the first loss.

Golovkin takes the first L put of them both. Verdejo is the next puerto rican hope no way will they put him in with a live body yet. They have to keep him looking like the next coming

Verdejo should ask arum to step up his competition. He should be able to fight champs by now
