The good thing is that he can make money because there are still people who believe in him, just not me or alot of other people. He can fight a bunch of bums and fringe contenders and make alot of money. So why retire? Boxing is more about money than pride and principle.

I want him to retire, but hes a ****ing Idiot, hes got a physical gift and hes the 2000 Olympic Gold medalist...And he does'nt come in shape or he does'nt fight, I reckon If he joins with Emanuel Steward (What Lennox Lewis did) he can improve, give him 6 fights against Journeyman and then a tough fight to get his confidence back and the mental problems will be over.

Man hes not a spring chicken. hes nearly 35. if he was as young as jeff lacy then i woulda given him chance but not now. he needs to retire before he's gets seriously injured in a boxing ring

I heard hes made 3-4 million pounds(which is about $6m) so thats not a small amount of moeny. he can start some business or something with that money.

Dude James Toney is 38, Bernard Hopkins is 41, Matt Skelton is 39 (And he beat Danny Williams but got robbed), The point is Age sometimes dont matter, Audley won the Gold when he was 30 Years old, can you imagine?

I am pissed off with him because hes a ****ing disappointment recently but seriously he was self managed which was ******, he needed a team, if joined with frank warren he would have been a solid contender, If he gets a good promoter and a trainer like Emanuel Steward he has a chance. Hell we though Shannon Briggs was over, look he rebuild himseld against Journeyman and slowly hes stepping up the level as his confidence is increasing.

why is audley harrison self managed.? monte barrete even admitted in an interview that being self managed was a bad thing. coz he peaked 2 weeks before the rahman fight.

he needs to get a real manager. a guy that will look after him. and needs to fighter at least a few times a year now.

Dude You are full of ****, you are comparing him with bhops and james toney? and as for matt skelton , hes been fighting in MMA all his life so he didnt start his career at 38. look man MMA is not boxing but still basic fundementals are same (like gettin in shape etc) . and u know what? u r again full of **** about skelton-danny fight. it wasnt a robbery, it was a clear cut result in favour of danny. skelton fought like a dirty prick in that fight and shoulda been disqualified. you are such a biased prick really. and we dont know how good shannon briggs is yet cos he hasnt fought any decent boxers. hes been fighting bums and u cant say much about him just yet.
