As 2015 comes to an end who is the BEST fighter in each division?

    HW: Fury
    CW: Usyk, Drozd or Lebedev?
    LHW: Kovalev
    SMW: DeGale
    MW: Golovkin
LMW: Cotto, Andrade or maybe one of the Charlos?
    WW: Brook or Thurman?
    LWW: Crawford or Postol?
    LW: Flanagan
    SFW: Uchiyama, Fortuna or Vargas?
FW: Lomachenko is the most talented, but his competition was poor in 2015

Yes, however we don't really know what his future holds. We don't know what weight his next fight will be at.

If he ultimately decides to come back to 168, he instantly becomes the best there again. He is the P4P #1 or #2 on most credible people's lists after all.

If he stays at LHW, he is not the best there (ranking wise) and will need to prove himself against the already established LHW's.

Perhaps you could ask any of the reputable sources who have him on their top 3 P4P lists. Like Carl Froch, who has Ward as his #1 P4P fighter.

Froch: Andre Ward is P4P 1, Golovkin Not in My Top Ten

              LHW: Adonis Stevenson

anything below that, as far as I'm concerned, doesn't matter all that much.

I don't see why not? Who has Golovkin beat? If he and Canelo fought and GGG won, Canelo would be the ONLY decent win on GGG's resume, would it not? GGG needs Canelo to be great, not the other way around.
