    Even thought he is 40
    Is Bernard Hopkins
really the best pound by pound boxer right now?

You could defintley make a credible case for him to be the P4P best however I think that him and Mayweather are tied for the #1 spot.

Mayweather hasn't beaten anybody of note lately to be the top P4P fighter in the world.

His age shouldnt effect his P4P rating, but IMO Hopkins isnt the best fighter because he hasnt fought the other best fighters at his weight or higher.

Hopkins career will go down once Fight Night Rd 2 comes out. Just like Roy Jones Jr.'s did. He was the best "pound 4 pound" fighter out there till then.

after Hopkins beats Eastman he is p4p in my book. Until PBF fights another worthy opponent i think he should be #2.
