It's not just that you're including Parker but you're including him above Povetkin, Pulev, Wilder and even Joshua, yet claim that your list is based on skill/eye test.

Explain how the skill set of Parker is above that of say, Povetkin?

I really don't see what's so good about Povetkin, he's very overrated I think. Not sure why everyone is picking him to beat Wilder either, I mean Wilder ain't that good, but neither is Povetkin.

As for Parker, I really like what I've seen from him, he's my fav heavyweight atm. He's very sharp, explosive and he's got a very good jab. Also, again based on just gut feeling, he's very durable/sturdy imo, I don't think he hits as hard as AJ or Wilder, but he takes a better shot for sure.

The way Povetkin has applied himself, his new found conditioning and dedication, coupled with his stellar amateur career make him the best heavyweight in the division for his size, reach and frame, no one compares to him skill wise, only heavyweight has become the land of the freakish giant oafs.

I'm not even a huge Povetkin fan but it is evident he has a better pedigree and schooling than the average contender and title holders in the division, with maybe a couple of rare instances such as Ortiz for instance, who is basically an even bigger Povetkin, he is the one to look out for, expect Wilder, Fury and Glazkov to avoid like the plague.

                I'd go with:

                1. Fury
                2. Wlad
                3. Povetkin
                4. Wilder
                5. Pulev
                6. Chagaev
                7. Ortiz
                8. Jennings
                9. Glazkov
                10. Takam

Chag is reaching the end of the line and isn't very active, so I can understand some placing him lower but Ortiz may be something to get excited about...for now. He is 36 and time will catch up with him very soon.

It's about time these guys started fighting each other, Pulev v Chag, Ortiz b Wilder/Glazkov and so on.
I agree with the top 4.

Pulev & Chagaev no 5 & 6? Not for my money. Chagaev is nowhere near top 10 let alone top 6. Pulev sucks too.

I'd have Ortiz, Jennings, Joshua following the top 4. Then probably Glazkov, Stiverne and Takam.

And then maybe Pulev or someone else.

Depending on how Haye looks next weekend, he might creep in as well.

Ortiz "basically an even bigger" Povetkin?

Sorry boss, I don't see it. He's a solid, strong fighter with decent skill, but that's it, nothing more for me.

I think Fury beats him no problem, I'd pick Wilder to beat him as well.
