would Uchiyama vs walters be the biggest 130 fight since pbf/chico

if it happens, I think so

two undefeated fighters who are considered among the top 20-25 p4p in the world....walters is in his prime and Uchiyama is older but has shown no sign s of slowing down

I don't know who I'd pick but if I had too im going with walters.

No. I think If Walters and Loma fight at 130 that would be the biggest fight.

      The biggest fights at 130 since Floyd/Chico was Barrera/Morales 3 and Pacquiao/Marquez 2.

      Pacquiao/Morales 1 and 2 were also huge.

Loma is good but I dont think his team would be in a rush for him to go to 130...when does he fight next????

if only Gamboa could've stayed at 130 smh

rematches dont have the same zing as the original....those guys were in there 3rd weight class or more

they were big fights but by Barrera/Morales 3 both were past prime, at least it was noticeable to me....they had good wins after but were not the fighters they were in their first encounter and neither were very impressive at 130

Pacquaio vs Marquez was big but it was the second fight and neither guy were very impressive at 130 or stayed there very long

Uchiyama is an established champion with ten defenses. He did more at 130 than all of those guys even though they may be considered better fighters all time.

Walters is a prime, undefeated, former champion on the rise with power and skill

both these guys have power and skill and personally I'm more amped if this fight goes off than I was for the fights you mentioned

              What is Uchiyama playing at?

He's been top dog in his division for a while but doesn't fight the best around him. I mean who is Oliver Flores? He's ranked #78 on BoxRec. I don't think Uchiyama vs Walters or Loma will ever happen.

                If you think Uchi/Walters is bigger than Barrera/Morales 3, Pac/Marquez 2, and Pac/Morales 1 and 2 that's cool. It's all opinions anyway.

if it doesn't, he'll get upset in japan by a no name....he is in his mid 30s now....cant keep his form forever...He should at least face Vargas who beat his rival Muira for the WBC

Flores is a tune up....in the last 2 years he's only fought 4 times if he gets by him, we'll see.

he inevitably will and the kid has a good blend of skill, power and seems poised under pressure.

Like I said I hope it happens
